Additional Terms

Patients must have sought or tried to acquire an official diagnosis from a GP, of the condition/conditions they are seeking help with, before they can be a patient at Syndrome Solutions.

Cancellations must be received 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do this will result in being charged 100% of the service fee.
